FIRST BASE
is a system which ML has developed to assist small businesses to manage
and create success.
The FirstBase Job Flow system joins up a firm's documents by bringing
all its data into a single database system. It drastically reduces time
spent on processing jobs and producing documents, while creating a professional
image on all of the company paperwork.

Owing to its database format, FirstBase will help reduce data entry
errors.
- FirstBase allows for
full editing at each level of a job process: meaning a late change in
a customer's mind does not create you a bunch of extra document work.
- FirstBase is NOT
an off-the-shelf package – we spend time with our customers and the
solutions we provide are bespoke and catered specifically for each client.
After we have implemented the
Job Flow system, there are extra modules to FirstBase which may be added
to create a full systems package. FirstBase will take on Job Costing,
Job Planning, Job Definition and Accounting Support. We will also review
your existing systems and either interface them with the new package,
or recommend improvements.
