System Consultancy forms a basis for all out our product work. We also provide consultancy services to define, review or manage existing or proposed systems or projects.

We offer three blanket programmes:

Business Health Check

The ML Business Health Check consists of a questionnaire and interview in which we discuss the problem tasks and procedures and finding the potential for improvement.

Project Review and Management

We offer a systematic review of the profitability of a project. This will consist of a return on investment calculation which demonstrates the projected bottom line along with a full consideration of other factors. We also will manage a package system implementation if a firm is not confident enough to manage the early stages of use.

Existing System Review

Firms often make big investments in particular solutions before finding they may not be the answer they were looking for. ML has a history in large-scale systems and ERP. We sill review the use of these systems and will help you to get the most out of a larger scale solution.
