DIETECH CHOOSES ML SYSTEMS

Sept 26, ML to design and develop Dietech's next generation Business Support System . . .

Dietech Engineering of Blackburn has chosen ML Systems to design and develop the next generation of their Business Support System.

Dietech is a small but fast-growing company providing high quality customised components and repairs to a range of engineering companies in the area.

The company is owned and run by Mike and Ian Clayton. They recognised that their success was placing extra demands on the organisation and that a swift action was required.

They involved the Blackburn with Darwen Digital Development Unit and were introduced to ML System Services.

"Very quickly we realised that Joe Norris understood our problems," says Mike Clayton. "He explained options available to us that were cost-effective and could be implemented quickly".

"It is very important that our improved system is easy to use and takes less effort to maintain, even though it provides up-to-the-minute costing and production information not available with our current methods".

The new system supports Quotations, orders, Production, Delivery and Invoicing. It will be installed and working within three weeks.
