D&AW CHOOSE ML AND FIRSTBASE

Nov 14, D&AW of Blackburn has chosen ML Systems to provide their new Business System, based on the ML 'FirstBase' model . . .

Established in 1983, D&AW is a team of dedicated graphic designers with many years experience in design for print and new media. They have a reputation for designing innovative marketing material, distinctive brands and product identities.

Roger Moreton, MD of D&AW said, "Like many small companies, out paperwork systems have built up naturally over time. We have a combination of manual and computer-supported documents and templates.

"While this can give us problems because of time involved and difficulties getting up-to-the-minute business statistics, every element is vitally important to us. We could not afford the disruption while we examined software packages, chose the nearest match and then changed processes and re-trained before implementation.

"The idea of taking out existing documents and processes and grafting them onto a database system has great appeal.

"We became convinced during discussions about our current paperwork and procedures that ML understood what was important to us, and were capable of helping us to get to this next level of professional business system."
