R Whittaker & Sons have been using a package software solution for over a decade, which they incur regular charges for maintenance and any training they require.

On the instructions that another expensive upgrade was on its way, Whittakers reviewed the options available to them. ML have created a bespoke software solution for their transport management which has been in place, running parallel to the old system, and is due to become the sole operating system at Whittakers on August 1st .

Despite early concerns about this considerable change, the system has been a success and is due to save lots of money for the firm
